The school system returns value in economic development, growth for the county's 580,000+ jobs, property values and quality of life for our residents. It is imperative for the School Board, responsible for spending nearly 54% of Fairfax County's budget, to authentically engage and listen to the stakeholders.

Incorporating long-range vision and planning to account for the growing and diverse student population is essential. Boundary changes can be minimized with authentic community engagement including incorporating non-boundary solutions when necessary.
